Using this site
You may browse railsmith.dev and submit a shortlist request or an application. Provide accurate information and don't misuse the forms or attempt to disrupt the service.
Requests aren't contracts
Submitting a shortlist request starts a conversation — it doesn't create an engagement or bind either side. Any placement runs under a separate written agreement covering scope, rates, and terms.
Rates & billing
Published rate bands are typical ranges; the exact rate for an engineer appears on the shortlist before you interview. Placements are invoiced monthly in USD. We pay engineers locally; you don't run foreign payroll.
Intellectual property
The site's content and branding belong to Railsmith. Work products from a placement are governed by your engagement agreement.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to place strong engineers, but nothing on this page is a guarantee of a specific outcome.
